Trigger finger is a condition where there is swelling and inflammation around the tendons of the fingers. The appearance and severity varies person among person.

I had a particular client come in with an initial concern of her Trigger Finger. After doing an assessment, I made a plan of how to ease into working on the area. In order to alleviate the area, I first started from the neck, then shoulder, arm, forearm, hand, and then finger. Kneading and finding Trigger/ Tender Points along the way allowed for a much smoother transition to manipulate and stretch the areas to alleviate the incomfortability in her muscles leading to her Trigger Finger.

In the photo and below I have attached her testimony on how massage has changed her wellbeing and daily life.
