Congratulations to Rebekah on receiving a Shield of Excellence Award! 🎉

When a patient arrived for a procedure with an unclean wheelchair, prosthetic, socks, and shoes, Rebekah went above and beyond to help. She took the time to thoroughly clean the patient’s wheelchair, prosthetic, and shoes, and even provided a fresh pair of socks from our donation supply.

Her kindness and attention to detail ensured the patient could head home feeling cared for and comfortable.

Congratulations to Amelia on receiving a Shield of Excellence Award! 🎉

Amelia recently went above and beyond to help an elderly discharged patient who was struggling to arrange a ride home. The man had difficulty using his phone and remembering basic information, but Amelia patiently assisted him for nearly an hour, all while continuing to help other patients as they arrived.

As the only patient registrar on her shift, Amelia showed remarkable patience, compassion, and initiative. Her genuine care for patients shines through in everything she does.
