We get it. Walking into a new workout routine, especially group training, can feel intimidating. It’s totally normal to have thoughts like “What if I can’t keep up?” or “What if I’m not strong enough?”
But here’s the truth: nobody walks into Rewire Fitness expected to perform like a professional athlete. Coach Jesse has nearly a decade of experience as a nationally certified personal trainer, and every session is designed to meet you where you’re at. Whether you're just getting started or getting back into it after some time off, we’ll provide safe, effective variations that match your current ability.
The goal is to build strength and confidence over time, not overnight.
And the best part? You won’t be doing it alone. Our group training crew is one of the most welcoming, supportive communities you’ll ever meet. You’ll sweat together, laugh together, and probably make a few new friends along the way.
But let’s flip the question for a second. Instead of asking “What if I can’t?” try asking “What if I don’t?”
Because here’s what the research says:
👉 After age 30, the average person loses 3 to 8 percent of muscle mass per decade, and the rate accelerates after age 60
👉 Strength loss increases the risk of falls, joint pain, and reduced independence
👉 Staying active can reduce the risk of chronic diseases and help preserve mobility, energy, and quality of life
Doing nothing is a decision too. And it’s the one that costs the most in the long run.

Group Training Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 5:30 AM, 6:30 AM, 7:30 AM, 5:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM
