Thinking About Starting Group Training? Read This First.

We get it. Walking into a new workout routine, especially group training, can feel intimidating. It’s totally normal to have thoughts like “What if I can’t keep up?” or “What if I’m not strong enough?”

But here’s the truth: nobody walks into Rewire Fitness expected to perform like a professional athlete. Coach Jesse has nearly a decade of experience as a nationally certified personal trainer, and every session is designed to meet you where you’re at. Whether you're just getting started or getting back into it after some time off, we’ll provide safe, effective variations that match your current ability.

The goal is to build strength and confidence over time, not overnight.

And the best part? You won’t be doing it alone. Our group training crew is one of the most welcoming, supportive communities you’ll ever meet. You’ll sweat together, laugh together, and probably make a few new friends along the way.

But let’s flip the question for a second. Instead of asking “What if I can’t?” try asking “What if I don’t?”

Because here’s what the research says:

👉 After age 30, the average person loses 3 to 8 percent of muscle mass per decade, and the rate accelerates after age 60
👉 Strength loss increases the risk of falls, joint pain, and reduced independence
👉 Staying active can reduce the risk of chronic diseases and help preserve mobility, energy, and quality of life

Meet Eric and Ethan—two of our dedicated personal training clients who are absolutely crushing their goals!

Coach Jesse, our head coach and owner, has 8 years of experience as a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer, helping people of all fitness levels reach their individual goals—and these two are a perfect example of what focused, personalized training can accomplish.

🔥 Ethan has dropped a significant amount of body fat and is now shifting gears to focus on building strength and muscle.
🧘‍♂️ Eric has built strength and size as well, but his primary focus has been improving his mobility to keep his body healthy, functional, and pain-free.

Both Eric and Ethan also take part in our group circuit training sessions, but they add personal training into the mix to really dial in on their unique goals.

CALLING ON OUR COMMUNITY 💛

This past Thursday, longtime Rewire members Matt and Vicki received devastating news—their son Matthew and his fiancée lost everything in an apartment fire. It was a total loss.

Matt and Vicki are two of the kindest people we’ve had the privilege of knowing. They're deeply involved in charity work and always the first to step up when someone else is in need. Their son Matthew is cut from the same cloth—kind, humble, and hardworking.

Now it’s our turn to give back.

Shoutout to our Rewire runners! 🏃‍♂️💥

Huge congratulations to everyone who ran in this weekend’s Milk Run! We had an awesome time out there with our crew, and we’re proud to say there were a handful of personal bests crushed 🥇💪

I really wish I had remembered to grab a full team photo before the race (rookie mistake 😅), but I’ll be attaching some of the shots we did manage to snag throughout the day.

Earlier this month, Rewire Fitness had the awesome opportunity to visit Jefferson Elementary School for their career fair! I had a ton of fun chatting with the 4th graders about what it’s like to be both a small business owner and a personal trainer.

We got moving with a fun round of “Coach Jesse Says” (my take on Simon Says), and had some great conversations about passion, purpose, and how to turn the things you love into a career you can truly enjoy. These kids had amazing questions, tons of energy, and big dreams—I loved every second of it.

Big thanks to Jefferson Elementary for inviting me, and a shoutout to all the other volunteers who took the time to share their career journeys as well. It was an inspiring day all around!

🎉 Get Ready to Crush Our First Weight Loss Challenge! 🎉

Rewire Fitness is kicking off our Weight Loss Challenge, and the energy is already amazing! Members are seeing noticeable results after just one week, and we’re here to keep that momentum going strong. 💪

To keep things fun and engaging, I’ll be posting a Mini Challenge each week to help you stay focused and build healthy habits. This week’s challenge:

🔄 Identify one unhealthy habit you have, and replace it with a healthier one!

Here are a couple of examples to spark ideas:

If late-night snacking is your struggle, try setting a “kitchen closed” time in the evening and sip on herbal tea instead.

If scrolling your phone keeps you up late, create a bedtime routine that includes reading or journaling to wind down.

We will be hosting a Weight Loss Competition for our members at the Rewire Studio.
As a part of this competition I created a doccument with tips and strategies to help our members be as successful as possible in these next three months.
I wanted to share that doccument with you all, to help those that I cannot help physically.
