✨ Letting Go for a Brighter 2024 ✨
Let’s release what no longer serves us as we enter a new year! 🎉 Here are things to bid farewell to in 2024:
1️⃣ Comparison: Your journey is unique. Let go of comparing yourself to others or to a version of yourself that existed in the past. Embrace the beauty of your own path.
2️⃣ All-or-Nothing Mindset: Life isn’t black and white. Embrace the shades of gray, the progress, and the small victories along the way. It’s the journey that matters.
3️⃣ Restrictive Diets: Nourish your body with love, not restrictions. Ditch the diets that make you feel less than. Opt for sustainable and enjoyable choices.
4️⃣ Scale Obsession: Your worth is not measured by a number. Let go of the scale’s power and focus on how you feel physically and mentally.
5️⃣ Lack of Sleep and Rest: Quality rest is self-care. Make a pact to prioritize sleep and rest, allowing your body and mind to recharge for the challenges ahead.
6️⃣ Negative Self-Talk: Be your biggest cheerleader. Replace self-criticism with self-respect. You are deserving of kindness and encouragement.
7️⃣ Fear of Failure: Failure is not the end; it’s a lesson. Let go of the fear that holds you back and embrace the growth that comes with every experience.
Cheers to a year of self-discovery, growth, and letting go of what no longer elevates us! 🌟💖

Suzanne Iovanni, RDN, CSSD
Owner & Founder
As an athlete and someone who once struggled with the relationship between food and body, I found balance for fueling and nutrition for my body…and out of that, I found a respect for my body, one that didn’t involve restriction.
Building Better Nutrition was built from my passion to see others have healthy relationships with food…relationships where they can indulge without guilt, still eat foods they love, and balance their nutrition with a simplified approach that works for them. As a Registered Dietitian who is also a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, I specialize in eating disorders/disordered eating, sports nutrition, digestive and family wellness.
When I’m not serving you with nutrition consulting, I am keeping busy watching from the sidelines as my 4 teens play sports, running the trails with my 2 dogs, or you’ll catch me relaxing with my husband or spending the night out with my girlfriends.
You deserve individualized nutrition consultations, and Building Better Nutrition is committed to ensuring you receive the best!

Logan has been with BBN for 2 years.

Logan is a non-diet, weight-inclusive Registered Dietitian. She helps clients achieve food freedom and wellness with a nutrition counseling approach individualized to each person. She also works with clients diagnosed with an eating disorder and are pursuing recovery.
Constantly worrying about what to eat, when, and how much isn’t how it’s meant to be. Logan will help you enjoy eating again, stress and guilt-free in a way that works for you. Nutrition isn’t supposed to be complicated. Join Logan in creating a healthy relationship with food.
We’re thrilled to share some heartwarming news that has us all beaming with joy. Logan and her husband welcomed a beautiful baby girl in July, and we couldn’t be happier for them.

Logan recently returned to seeing clients after maternity leave, and she is eagerly looking forward to reconnecting with her past clients and is accepting new clients as well.

Fun Fact about Logan: Logan loves animals, and she loves rescuing them! When she moved in with her husband, she brought her rescue dog, Zoey, and, since then, has adopted their other dog, Jax. She also found a sick stray kitten on the side of the road in July 2021 and nurtured her back to health, then adopted another kitten a few months later! She also plans to get chickens in the future for fresh eggs.
