Primary Responsibilities
Quality Assurance:
Builds relationships with clients to foster effective communication of expectations, needs and/or concerns
Performs regular on-site quality assurance visits as directed by senior leadership
Addresses all client needs in an accurate and timely manner.
Provides quality feedback to leadership
Makes corrective action recommendations to leadership
Provides on-site corrective training
Staffing:
Facilitates interviewing, screening and onboarding of new janitorial hires
Trains new hires and provides on-going training for janitorial staff as needed
Makes recommendations to leadership for filling open positions
Monitors staffing needs and reports to management accordingly
Creates and oversees janitorial staff schedules
Supervise, manage and inspect the work and activities of Janitorial Staff
Other Duties:
Acts as a liaison between staff and management
Performs as an on-call cleaner for call-ins and during the turnover
Monitors and inspects supplies when performing site visits
Inventories and replenishes staff supplies
Reports any faulty, damaged or missing equipment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28,000.00 - $33,000.00 per year
