✨ Happy New Year, everyone! ✨
It’s that beautiful time for reflection, reboot, and renewal.
We’re wrapping up an intense astrology 9‑year cycle—yes… 9 YEARS! Fresh new energy is rolling in, and with the upcoming Year of the Horse, we’re galloping into something brighter and more expansive. Wahoo!
I’m already feeling the shift (in the best way), and I hope you’re starting to feel it too. Take a few minutes to reflect on the past year… and the past nine. You can sit with it, ponder it, or write it out—whatever helps you process and release.
Now is the perfect moment to clear your energy so you can make space for what’s new and aligned. I recommend the 5‑Minute Energy Routine (link in the comments). A candlelit bath with Epsom salts and baking soda is also amazing for clearing personal energy. And, of course, write down and set those healthy intentions moving forward.
If you’ve had a particularly rough year or 9‑year cycle and need deeper support, I’m here. Book a deep Energy Clearing & Balancing Session with me.

When I say ‘happy new year’,
I’m not for a moment,
expecting this to occur,
for that is not possible,
a year must be all things.
Happiness must come and go,
like the tides and the winds,
just as sadness,
and all the emotions in between.
When I say ‘happy new year’,
I’m really wishing you,
a baseline of peace,
of gratitude.
Because if you can sit with these things,
for the most part,
happiness will thrive,
when it does arrive,
and sadness will know its place in the mix.
If you can nourish these things,
daily,
you will also grow hope,
for it flourishes in such soil.
And hope is the key,
to this enigmatic state
of ‘happiness’ we seek.
When I say ‘happy new year’,
I’m really wishing you more happy days,
than sad days,
more joy than misery,
more laughter than tears…
and the wisdom to accept,
that they all belong.
Happy new year, my friends.
Happy new year.
