Weight loss programs can be overwhelming as you are thrust into foreign territory where you must change your routines all at once. This shock can ultimately lead us to give up due to confusion and the feeling of being overwhelmed… until the next fad diet comes along. This weight-loss and comprehensive wellness program is personalized to your own body chemistry. We all know there is no such thing as ‘one-size fits all’ when it comes to health and wellness. Each of us need to strive to be our individual best if we want a new healthier lifestyle. As we all know it is very difficult to stay balanced. Roadblocks like food allergies, vitamin deficiencies, leaky gut, hormone imbalances and chronic stress are just a few of the elements keeping us from obtaining your goals and letting our body perform at it’s optimal health. We will work with you to uncover and expose the sometimes simple issue that could be holding you back. You can meet with your coach as often as weekly for your weigh in and body composition testing. If you feel that your life if too hectic to meet weekly you are able to cater appointments to your own schedule although we encourage weekly meeting for the first 3 weeks to get you started.
