Blue Clover Eventing is looking for a full time assistant groom to join the team in for the end of the winter circuit in Ocala, FL, and travel back north to West River, MD for the summers! Our team is a close-knit little family and we would love to welcome you to it.

Our perfect candidate would be a self-starter wanting to gain experience in a 5* program while receiving endless opportunities for riding and training.

Duties would include assisting our team in barn chores, daily maintenance and therapies, riding (for the right candidate) and grooming at USEA and FEl events or managing the barn and our home horses.

Competitive pay and housing are included, as well as board for your own or a leased horse if desired, and many lessons and training opportunities. If you want to learn the ins and outs of a professional, high-performance barn while being a major player in the day-to-day program, this job is for you!

Another fabulous event for BCE this winter season and we have the prizes to prove it 🤗 Some successful move ups and first events at Three Lakes this weekend but the biggest to BCE barn manager for back to back wins on Elizabeth Bonner’s homebred India de la Cour 🍾 And a super special in order for Abby and her adorable Paloma who have now extended their win streak to beyond what I think I can even count from 2025 thru now 🥇
