Ethiopia is my homeland. They urge the government to recognize the legitimacy of their demands, placing the welfare of healthcare professionals and, in turn, the healthcare of our citizens at the forefront.��Ethiopia's healthcare system is at a critical juncture. According to recent studies, the country ranks low in key health indicators, a situation that reflects not only on the availability but also the quality of healthcare services. Health professionals in Ethiopia work in challenging conditions: long hours, inadequate facilities, and insufficient pay. Such circumstances undermine their capacity to provide quality care, further exacerbating the public health challenges the nation faces.��Improving working conditions and ensuring fair compensation are not just issues of economic significance; they are pivotal to retaining skilled professionals and supporting the wellness of our communities.
