Please be advised that as of September 30, 2025, FreeStyle Libre 2 and FreeStyle Libre 3 will be discontinued. Also, Medicare will no longer cover the original FreeStyle Libre.

We suggest that you have your doctor prescribe either the FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus or FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus….depending on which Libre you currently have.
