We hope this message finds you well and staying safe during this winter weather. Due to the forecasted snow storm, we want to inform you that there is a possibility our office may need to close temporarily on Thursday 01/09 - Friday 01/10 to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.

Don’t forget your allergy medicine!!

The mountain cedar trees that grow primarily in Central Texas are currently blooming, causing literal headaches for allergy sufferers.

Experts say the allergen levels ticked up a few weeks early this year. They're expected to peak in a few weeks.

Cedar fever is unique because people feel wiped out like they have a fever.

There are over-the-counter medicines you can take to help with cedar fever symptoms.

To our Enso Family…

We are going to have to unexpectedly close the clinic tomorrow! While we typically love being YOUR source of health and healing, we are currently hit with a bad run of illness and need to take the day to recover and heal over the weekend! We are so sorry and greatly prefer being available for all of your needs. We will have staff checking messages and responding as we can, but will not have staff in office tomorrow. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to business as usual next week! Take your vitamins, get plenty of sleep, and drink your water friends, ‘tis the season!!

Please note, Megan will be in clinic as scheduled on Friday, 9/20.
