Say it once say it again on a cold winter's day as today. If your skillet potatoes do not look like this🤔🤔🫡🫡probably in the wrong place. This morning, breakfast. We have 3 eggs over medium. We have skillet potatoes with onions, red bell pepper and of course potatoes, and then we have a fruit parfait Sliced apples, protein based yogurt, cinnamon and a little bit of honey for the sweet folks in town with some granola to keep everything just right with some crunch......

🤔Food is good for the soul. It's also very important when you are placing your loves breakfast, lunch and dinner sometimes are the biggest activity during the day. People feel better, and do better when they're fed properly
We all remember good food. It doesn't matter your age. It just matters how it made you feel. So here it Helping hands we do food!!!! ✔️awesomeness!!!!!
