This class is designed for individuals with little to no prior martial arts or self-defense experience.
You will learn practical combatives, fundamental strikes, and real-world scenarios commonly seen in todayโs street attacks. Our focus is on simple, scalable techniques that are easy to learn and highly effective under stress.
The goal is to build awareness, confidence, and realistic solutions so you are better prepared to protect yourself when faced with violence.
