Safe Haven is a State licensed Assisted Living facility that provides 24/7 care to older adults.

We are committed to supporting independence and recognizing the changing needs of our residents. We offer a variety of quality living options that range from Independent Assisted Living to Memory Care. Our experienced and highly trained staff will provide 24 hour needed assistance with medication passing, incontinence care, personal hygiene and bathing. We offer both private and shared rooms that are fully furnished as well as all housekeeping, laundry services and home cooked meals. With our Pharmacy available to us 24/7 as well as our in-house Physician, your loved one's healthcare needs will always be met quickly and conveniently.

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our Day Center. Adult day center offer weekday care for older adults who cannot be left alone. Adult Day Health Care is a supervised program in a community group setting offered during the day to individuals with cognitive and/or physical impairments that require health monitoring to promote social, physical and emotional well-being. We are looking for Caring and trustworthy individuals to join our Haslett team! We have Full & Part Time shifts available and wage is negotiable based on experience.
1st shift- 6a-2p
2nd shift: 2p-10p
3rd shift: 10p-6a
Caregivers will plan and follow a daily care schedule with resident modified care plans as prescribed by medical professionals and report on those daily. To succeed as a Caregiver you should be patient, empathetic and have strong people skills. You should also be observant and committed to making your client feel safe and comfortable
Caregiver Responsibilities could include:
*Assisting with personal care, which may include bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.
*Following a prescribed healthcare plan, which may include assisting with exercise and administering medication.
*Providing emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks.
*Providing mobility assistance may be required, for example helping the client in and out of bed, a chair, or a wheelchair.
*Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs.
*Planning fun weekly activities such as games, excersise groups or arts/crafts.
