Our dynamic has been slowly changing the last year or so. This transition started with removing myself from equine therapy, slowing down boarding and selling our personal horses all together. The goal is less responsibility and more fun as our kids are not far off from spreading their own wings and flying the coup themselves. With this said, we would still love to stay on the farm but I am hesitant about renting it and more so interested in finding a way to still make it profitable.

It was suggested to look into federal or state ag programs. Does anyone know where to find these? I am unsure if it's simply a program you enroll in. I do not want to raise specific species of goats or cattle. More so something simple.

Any information would be appreciated. 😊

Our farm boasts an indoor and outdoor arena, some trails, on site certified massage and magnawave services, turn out on pasture, dry lots, a great trainer, and located only 20 minutes from MSU.

**Gelding or senior horse to companion a new senior to our farm preferred.
