Many people want to return to work or school, drive, and manage their homes, families and personal affairs. We start by helping you understand your benefits, what is included and then linking you with the services and resources that you need to meet your goals.

Ten ways your Ambrose Care Manager can help you.

Assist with understanding everything covered under your benefits structure including how your health insurance is coordinated with your auto medical benefit. If you have a capped auto benefit, we will help monitor the cap and assist you in maximizing your benefits and obtain the services you need.

Assist with making your home accessible and safe while you recover. If you are in a hospital and can’t go home right away, assist with locating a transitional care option.

Assist with linking you with rehabilitation options convenient to you and covered by your benefits.

Assist you with locating speciality physicians and services convenient to you. We have resources through all of Michigan.

Assist with arranging in-home services such as attendant care, nursing, and mobile medical and rehabilitation care as needed.

Assist with arranging transportation to your medical and rehabilitation appointments.

Attend important medical appointments with you to help coordinate your care and to arrange services, supplies and medications as recommended by your doctors.
