We all come from a line of tribe, of community. NUR Space is a community space re-imagined. We are eager to gather folks together around ideas of conscious health, wellness, birth, and postpartum - if you see it happening, if you see the need, gather with us and together we will build it.

Extremely excited to announce that we are back and IN-PERSON! I will begin host TWO monthly (for now) groups. Once at Nur space in Hastings and once at Hudco in Dobbs Ferry, pick one, or come to both! Can't wait to see old faces and meet new ones :)

Hey ladies! Summer is upon us and I’m finding the need to take a little pause with the group. I’m currently looking for a new space to teach my group childbirth Ed and hoping when I come back this group too can be in person! In the meantime please check out the positive birth group at Nur Space (virtually) on Tuesdays. And feel free to always reach out to chat or ask a question. I’m here!
