just once in my professional lifetime (or any time for that matter) would I love to see an article about knees that mentions the biomechanics of the leg and the KNEE and its relationship to FEET. the biggest offender is The NY Times and the people who write what I call pseudoscientific articles about the body. They seem to have no conception of how important foot function is to KNEES. It just floors(HAH)me how often I see this glaring omission! I have spent a good 40 years prescribing ORTHOTICS to correct flat feet ,high arched feet and all kinds of feet to make humans walk correctly, thereby helping knees quite alot. Oh and BTW your hips and back are also connected!!!................ I rarely post on FB much anymore about scientific things but sometimes its just too much to ignore when I see such utter neglect!!!!!
There’s no magic bullet to knee health, but staying active and building muscles around the joint are crucial.
