Strong, healthy feet are key to running farther, faster, and injury-free. Follow these 5 essential foot care tips to support your stride:

1️⃣ Choose the right shoes – Invest in quality running footwear tailored to your foot type and gait. A proper fit reduces the risk of blisters, calluses, and long-term joint issues.
2️⃣ Swap socks wisely – Moisture-wicking socks help keep feet dry and reduce friction that causes blisters. Always change socks after intense runs.
3️⃣ Stretch and strengthen – Add foot and ankle stretches and strengthening exercises to your training. This improves running efficiency and lowers injury risk.
