For the patient with nowhere to go.

Hospice teams see it all the time.

A patient is ready for comfort-focused care, but:
• They can’t safely return home
• Family support is limited or exhausted

• And there isn’t a clear place for them to go

These are some of the hardest situations — for patients, families, and the teams trying to help them.

Serenity Village was created for moments like this.

Why was Serenity Village created?

Because sometimes, home isn’t possible.

Families want to care for their loved ones, but the level of support needed at the end of life can be overwhelming. And when that happens, the options can feel limited.

Hospital rooms don’t feel like home.
And many families are left searching for something more peaceful, more personal… more comforting.

Serenity Village was created to be that place.

A place where individuals on hospice can be surrounded by comfort, dignity, and a calm, home-like environment.

A place where families can focus less on caregiving, and more on simply being together.

Over the past few months, we’ve already seen how meaningful this space can be for both our guests and their loved ones.

And that is exactly why Serenity Village is here. 💜
