🌟 Rehab Week Spotlight: Shannon Kirsch, MS, CCC, SLP/L 🌟

Meet Shannon Kirsch, our amazing Director of Rehab and a skilled Speech Language Pathologist! Shannon has been part of the Haida family for 18 years, serving as our Director of Rehab for the past 12 years. With 24 years of experience working with the geriatric skilled nursing population, she brings expertise, compassion, and dedication to every patient she sees.

Shannon is inspired by her patients’ stories and loves helping them reach their greatest potential, often guiding them back home to their loved ones. She finds joy in making rehab fun and engaging—especially when patients get to enjoy cookies and ice cream as part of their therapy!

When she’s not at Haida, Shannon enjoys reality TV and quality time with family and friends. Her motivation each day comes from both her patients and her incredible rehab team, who she says are not just coworkers—they’re friends.

This Rehab Week, we celebrate Shannon’s commitment, leadership, and the smiles she brings to our residents every single day!
