With the resignation of Dr. M. Sitki Copur from the MCC, patients can be assured of continuing, comprehensive care with Dr. Kartik Anand overseeing medical oncology/hematology, working alongside Carlene Springer, APRN and Leslie Kathman, APRN.

Dr. C. Kelley Simpson will continue providing care and treatment for radiation oncology patients at both centers.

The Brake for Breakfast event was a community partner event involving MCC, UNMC and Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center. UNMC is erecting a building at Prairie Commons and works with MCC as a community partner.
