Did you know high blood pressure is the #1 cause of stroke?

Here are some common stroke risk factors — many of which YOU can control:

❌ High blood pressure
❌ Smoking
❌ Diabetes
❌ High cholesterol
❌ Not being active

The good news? Small changes add up to big results. Eating better, moving more, and seeing your doctor regularly can lower your stroke risk.

Do you know the signs that someone may be struggling with their mental health?

Watch for these changes in yourself — or someone you love:

💚 Feeling sad, empty, or hopeless most of the time
💚 Pulling away from friends and family
💚 Trouble sleeping or sleeping too much
💚 Losing interest in things you used to enjoy
💚 Feeling worried or scared a lot of the time
💚 Changes in eating habits

These signs don't mean something is "wrong" with you. They mean you may need some extra support and that's okay. If you or someone you love might be struggling with your mental health, help is closer than you think.

Take time for your mental health this May and talk with your healthcare provider. Looking for a provider that fits your needs? Visit Conemaugh.org today to find a provider who is right for you.
