November is Care at Home Month—a time to pause and recognize the quiet strength and compassion of those who serve others where healing begins: at home.

This year’s theme, One Voice for Care At Home, reminds us of the many ways care is offered—through home health, hospice, palliative care and Medicaid HCBS. Each voice, each act of service, contributes to a chorus of dignity, comfort and hope.

Let us give thanks for the caregivers, staff and volunteers who walk alongside these special people in their home.

November is National Family Caregivers Month—a time to recognize those who give of themselves daily in quiet, steadfast service to loved ones. This year’s theme, Plug-in to Care, invites all to reflect on the power of connection to trusted resources, to supportive networks like Benedictine and to knowledge that lightens the load. This November, Benedictine honors caregivers for their resilience, compassion and unwavering love.

This November, as we observe American Diabetes Month, we are invited to pause, reflect, respond with care and work toward a future free from the burdens of diabetes. Every act of kindness, every moment of advocacy, every step toward awareness matters.

It began providing senior living services in 1965 and has been expanding its senior services since then. Regina Care Center currently offers a 57-bed skilled-nursing care center with transitional care, and Regina Assisted Living a 131-unit assisted living with two separate memory care communities. Our System: We’re headquartered in Duluth, Minnesota. The Benedictine Health System is sponsored by the Benedictine Sisters of St. Scholastica Monastery. As one of the largest Catholic senior care organizations in the United States, we have approximately 30 senior care communities in Minnesota, North Dakota, Missouri, Wisconsin and Illinois.

Our Mission and Values: Based on the Gospel and Chapter 36 of the Rule of St. Benedict, our Mission and Values direct our compassionate care. Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice, our Benedictine Core Values, guide us every day as we deliver senior housing and senior care. Regina Senior Living, faithful to its Christian tradition of respect for human life, promotes the health of the whole person. We witness to God’s love by creating compassionate communities providing support to those we serve to live fully and live well with special concern for the underserved and those in need.
