💉 Operating Room Registered Nurse | Celebrating 4 years at HSC!
Bailey is part of our amazing OR crew, bringing skill, confidence, and a sense of fun to every case. She can circulate any case or specialty with ease—and while patients might not remember her (thanks to anesthesia), her impact is unforgettable to the team.
Her favorite part?

📋 Administrator | 11 years total at HSC (with a 2-year adventure out of state that made her realize just how special this place and its people really are!)

Brooke thrives on variety—no two days are the same—and she loves how family-first HSC is. Every person here supports one another in being present for their families, and that’s something she values above all else.

Her favorite part?
💙 The challenge of solving problems in a way that benefits patients, staff, surgeons, and anesthesia—because in an ASC, “that’s someone else’s job” is never an option.

✈️ Traveling and dragging her kids along on new adventures whenever she can

💉 Registered Nurse | Celebrating 7 years at HSC!

Hannah is one of our rockstar RNs who thrives on variety—no two days are ever the same. She’s cross-trained in multiple areas, working with nine specialties and 22 different physicians, which means she’s always ready to jump in wherever she’s needed.

Her favorite part?
💙 The amazing people she works with and the ever-changing pace of the job.

Off the clock?
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Soaking up outdoor adventures with her husband and three kids—swimming, hiking, fishing, hunting, camping, and cheering at sporting events.
🎨 Loves painting, working out, traveling, and has recently fallen in love with photography.

📋 Registered Medical Assistant | 3 Years at HSC
Jessie’s a jack-of-all-trades—supporting OR, SPD, and even Recovery. She’s all about making a difference and helping patients feel comfortable from start to finish.
💡 Fun Fact: She handles instrument sterilization and recovery care—and can jump into procedures like a pro.
🏕️ Outside of Work: Camping, fishing, boating, and hunting with her family. She’s the one driving the camper and pulling the trigger.
☕ Go-To Order: Chai from Baristas—any flavor!
🎯 Dream Job for a Day: Game warden on Lake MacConaughy—peaceful cruise or spicy law enforcement, depending on the mood.

Meet the Team Thursday: Crystal – Registered Nurse

Crystal has been part of our team for three years this August, and it’s easy to see why patients and coworkers love her.
💬 What she loves most:
She finds the biggest joy in making a real difference in someone’s day — even in the small moments. Whether it’s comforting a patient after surgery or listening when someone’s scared, she knows those connections matter.
🩺 Something people might not know:
When nurses ask you questions, it’s not just small talk — Crystal genuinely loves learning about her patients as people.
🏆 Fun fact:
Crystal became a mom as a teen, and she wears that part of her journey with pride. She’s built a beautiful life and family!
🏡 Outside of work:
She’s happiest spending time with her family, especially cheering on her girls in soccer and basketball. She also enjoys reading, cooking, and staying involved in their activities.

Her go-to coffee is an iced white mocha from Starbucks, and she’ll never turn down good Mexican food. Ever.
