New changes to report from our Instructor DeeAnne. Whether you are just beginning your yoga journey, or you've been practicing for along time- these classes are designed for YOU!

These changes will go into effect on Monday November 3rd.

Apparel Pre-Order Alert!

It’s time to gear up! All gym apparel is now available for pre-order.

Order deadline: November 5th (shop will close at 9pm)
Pick up at the gym: December 10th

Gym pick up: use code LOCAL for free shipping
If you choose to have your items shipped, they will ship by December 10th.

The shop will not open back up until after the new year so get all your holiday shopping done now!

FINISHED: Youth Cardio Kickboxing is finshed!! We will update when we start again. It sure was a great summer session and the kids learned alot.
