🏖️Summer & Holidays are Here!🏖️
With summer and/or holidays in full swing, please keep in mind the small businesses that you made an appointment with. Plan around vacations, sun exposure, and your yearly holiday plans.
Policies aren’t meant to be personal or unkind; they’re there to protect the business and ensure fairness for everyone.
If we book a flight and then fall ill, we don’t expect a refund for the ticket. Or if we buy a seat at a concert and don’t attend, we know we arent getting our money back. But when a small business owner enforces similar rules, it can be perceived as unfair.
As a small business owner, I get that it may seem impersonal, but that’s not the intention at all. Our business is our livelihood.
When booking your appointment, we are expecting you to follow through in attending. When you last minute reschedule/cancel/no show, not only are we not making money in that appointment slot, but we were unable to fill the spot with a potential new or continuing client as that spot was saved for you.
We understand, life happens.✨
We are human beings, we are reasonable.
Just give us at-least 72 hours notice to rollover your safety deposit/retainer to the appointment.
Our system will automatically send you appointment reminders 1 week and 75hours in advance via email and text (it is your responsibility to let us know of any email or number changes). We’ve made the reschedule function easily accessible to you via your appointment confirmation email. If you need our help, feel free to call/email/text, but: Please keep in mind our hours of operation. If you message us off hours, we might not be able to answer until the next business day.
All that being said, we really love our clients!⚡️ You’re the reason we can provide for ourselves, our families, and future clients! And most of all - we love being able to provide a service that helps individuals feel good about their skin, wearing the art they want or removing the ones they don’t.🖤
