From the Inside Inc. Integrative Healing Practitioner
Reiki | Somatic Bodywork | Breathwork | Sound Bath | Meditation | RYT•Yoga Teacher What’s my “why”?

Hi, I’m Tiffany Synnestvedt—a holistic coach, healer, bodyworker, and leader of women’s circles. For over 20 years, I’ve supported people on their journey to wellness through bodywork, energy healing, and personal growth. For more than 30 years, I’ve been a mother to eight beautiful children and a "momma" to many more—roles that have deeply shaped who I am. In September 2019, I became a certified

Reiki Master Teacher, deepening my commitment to healing and transformation. I was raised by a mother struggling with heroin addiction, and trauma shaped much of my childhood and teen years. I witnessed my biological mother fight her way to sobriety, and through her journey, I discovered the profound importance of women’s circles and the life-giving force of powerful, “mother bear” energy. As a young teen, I made a promise to myself: I would dedicate my life to making a difference for women and children. That promise became the foundation of everything I do. My work is a blend of intuitive massage, integrative Gestalt coaching, Reiki, and equine-assisted therapy. I specialize in supporting women navigating trauma, early addiction recovery, and major life transitions. I hold space for healing that honors the mind, body, and soul—because I believe true transformation must reach all three. For six years, I coached in a premier leadership development program, guiding individuals into deeper self-awareness and helping them rise as strong, authentic leaders. My own practice continues to evolve, weaving together tools from coaching, spirituality, and somatic healing to meet each person with presence, care, and clarity. My path became even more personal when my son suffered a traumatic brain injury. That experience reawakened my trust in something greater than myself. It brought deep humility—and a not-so-gentle reminder that we cannot walk this journey alone. I leaned on a powerful community of healers and drew from every tool I had—from traditional medicine to holistic therapies. That chapter transformed what I believed was possible in healing, both for my son and for myself. It changed how I show up—as a mother, a practitioner, and a human being. Whether I’m working one-on-one, leading women’s circles, or offering energy work and spiritual guidance, my intention remains the same: to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered on your path. This work isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am. I’m here to walk beside you as you come home to yourself.

Thanks you always have the best CHATgbt ideas!

If my personality became a cartoon character… this would be her 😂✨

Equal parts yoga teacher, energy healer, life coach, chaos coordinator, and “have you tried breathing through it?” enthusiast 💜

A little grounded, a little woo, slightly caffeinated, deeply feeling and probably reminding you to unclench your jaw and come back to your breath 😅

Honestly… this feels wildly accurate 😂✨

It’s never been about the poses, how do you YOGA off your mat?

I walk 4+ miles on the Pennypack most days, it’s my meditation. I use it to move my body and still my mind. This past Monday I headed straight to the creek to cold plunge, first one of the season... many more to come!

Today I brought you along to make sure
I actually got in 😉

This combo is medicine.

Cold water immersion is one of the most powerful tools we have for recovery — it reduces inflammation, eases muscle soreness, boosts mood through a big dopamine release, supports immunity, trains your body to handle stress with more ease and gets your circulation moving. It’s never been about avoiding stress. It’s about learning to be regulated inside of it.

Cold plunging, it’s not just a trend — it’s body-based medicine. It’s uncomfortable for about 30 seconds… and then something shifts.

This is the work.

The trail.

The breath.

The cold.

All of it together. 🌿

Who wants to COLD PLUNGE? ☀️💧

Ok, so this is probably the most vulnerable thing I've ever posted... I woke up at 1 o'clock in the morning the other morning and started to write down my thoughts about my mom and her passing. I am not a writer nor am I a poet, but this is what there was to say.

Hey momma, I see you! My momma has always called me Sunshine ☀️ she speaks to me throughout the day. This is one example ❤️

Today was one of those days that fills every corner of your cup. ☀️
It started early this morning with five beautiful women breathing and moving together on the mat — that sacred morning stillness that reminds me why I do this work. Then a long, easy drive to celebrate my dear friend and her sweet one-year-old 🎂, surrounded by the kind of joy that only babies and good people can bring.
And then… the farm. My Flashy Mandy May. There is something about a horse coming to greet you in a pasture that just undoes you in the best way. 💚🐴
Some days you get to hold all the things you love in one beautiful day. Today was one of those days.
Grateful doesn’t even cover it. 🙏🏾✨💜
