From the Inside Inc. Integrative Healing Practitioner
Reiki | Somatic Bodywork | Breathwork | Sound Bath | Meditation | RYT•Yoga Teacher What’s my “why”?

Hi, I’m Tiffany Synnestvedt—a holistic coach, healer, bodyworker, and leader of women’s circles. For over 20 years, I’ve supported people on their journey to wellness through bodywork, energy healing, and personal growth. For more than 30 years, I’ve been a mother to eight beautiful children and a "momma" to many more—roles that have deeply shaped who I am. In September 2019, I became a certified Reiki Master Teacher, deepening my commitment to healing and transformation. I was raised by a mother struggling with heroin addiction, and trauma shaped much of my childhood and teen years. I witnessed my biological mother fight her way to sobriety, and through her journey, I discovered the profound importance of women’s circles and the life-giving force of powerful, “mother bear” energy. As a young teen, I made a promise to myself: I would dedicate my life to making a difference for women and children. That promise became the foundation of everything I do. My work is a blend of intuitive massage, integrative Gestalt coaching, Reiki, and equine-assisted therapy. I specialize in supporting women navigating trauma, early addiction recovery, and major life transitions. I hold space for healing that honors the mind, body, and soul—because I believe true transformation must reach all three. For six years, I coached in a premier leadership development program, guiding individuals into deeper self-awareness and helping them rise as strong, authentic leaders. My own practice continues to evolve, weaving together tools from coaching, spirituality, and somatic healing to meet each person with presence, care, and clarity. My path became even more personal when my son suffered a traumatic brain injury. That experience reawakened my trust in something greater than myself. It brought deep humility—and a not-so-gentle reminder that we cannot walk this journey alone. I leaned on a powerful community of healers and drew from every tool I had—from traditional medicine to holistic therapies. That chapter transformed what I believed was possible in healing, both for my son and for myself. It changed how I show up—as a mother, a practitioner, and a human being. Whether I’m working one-on-one, leading women’s circles, or offering energy work and spiritual guidance, my intention remains the same: to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered on your path. This work isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am. I’m here to walk beside you as you come home to yourself.

There’s this idea floating around that healers have to have it all together…

That we don’t struggle,
don’t take meds,
don’t have habits we’re still working through,
don’t have messy parts of our lives.

That’s just not real.

A lot of us became healers because we’ve walked through hard things.

We found what helped us—
and now we share it.

Not from perfection…
but from experience.

We throw the word healer around a lot…

But who actually is one?

Is it your doctor?
Your therapist?
Your yoga teacher?
Your massage therapist?
The one guiding your breath…
Your meditation…
Or your best friend who sits with you when life falls apart?

Is it a title?

Or… is it something you feel, not something you’re told?

Second question—
when you’re looking for a healer… what matters?

Not the title.
Not the credentials.

But how you feel.

Do you feel safe?
Seen?
Different when you leave?

And third—
for the healers…

What happened in your life
that led you here?

Because most don’t choose this path…
they’re shaped by it.

I’m really curious—
what does a healer mean to you?

It's been a long winter…

the kind that stretches you,
tests you, quietly asks you to keep going even when you don’t feel like it.

But something is shifting.

You can feel it in the air,
in the light, in the way your body starts to soften again.

Spring isn’t just a season—
it’s a returning.

Can you feel it coming?

Last night we gathered under the full moon—

To drum.
To slow down.
To come back into our bodies.
To remember we’re not meant to do this life alone.

And for a moment…
everything felt a little quieter.

We were just out for a walk…
no plan, no destination... just moving.

And then we heard it.

Music tucked into the trees,
like it was always there waiting to be found.

That’s the thing about life…
sometimes the best moments aren’t the ones you plan... they’re the ones you stumble into.

Right place.
Right time.
Quiet enough to notice.

May you have both this holiday season.
