Guided by Ayurvedic practitioner Ginger Solomon, you’ll learn traditional techniques to replenish the body, soothe the mind, and restore balance.

✨ Teacher Feature: Meet Donna ✨

Donna discovered yoga over 20 years ago and quickly felt a connection that went far beyond the physical practice. After earning her RYT200 at Nourishing Storm, what began as personal exploration turned into a passion for teaching.

Now, she’s grateful to share this special practice with her students. When she’s off the mat, you’ll find her with family and friends, trying new recipes, kayaking, or catching a sunrise 🌞

You can find Donna teaching Slow Flow on Monday mornings at 6am, Yoga Flow Wednesdays at 6:30pm, and Yoga Calm on Sundays at 8am 💜
