💥 Motivational Monday 💥

You don’t need a complete reset—you just need to start.

Start where you are.
Start with what you have.
Start before you feel “ready.”

Progress isn’t about perfection—it’s about consistency. The small choices you make today shape how you feel tomorrow.

So take the step:
✔️ Book the appointment
✔️ Move your body
✔️ Prioritize your health
✔️ Choose you

Because momentum begins the moment you decide to show up 🔥

✨ Wellness Wednesday ✨

Last week in Mexico was more than just sunshine and fun—it was a reminder of how powerful community really is ☀️🌊

Being surrounded by people who care about their health, support each other, and show up with positive energy creates something special. It fuels your mindset, strengthens your habits, and makes the journey so much more enjoyable.

This is what true wellness looks like:
✔️ Connection
✔️ Support
✔️ Shared growth
✔️ Joy along the way

Because when you’re in the right environment, thriving becomes natural 🌿

Grateful for this community 🤍

Tip Tuesday: Lacrimal Bones 👀💧

Did you know the lacrimal bone helps tears drain from your eyes into your nose? That’s why when you cry, you can end up with a runny nose too.

When the lacrimal bone or tear drainage isn’t working well, people may notice:
• dry eyes
• eyes that water excessively
• tears running down the face instead of draining properly
• clogged tear ducts, especially in babies

It’s a tiny bone with an important job.

A 70-year-old man had been suffering from head pain over his right eye and into his right temple for more than two years.

He had MRIs.
He saw three different specialists.
No one could find anything wrong.

His son finally brought him into the office.

After adjusting the sphenoid pattern and some facial bones… his symptoms completely disappeared.

Sometimes the answer isn’t more tests — it’s getting specific.

Wellness Wednesday 🌿

5 things I do to kick start my body’s healing and tune into its innate intelligence before I even get into the office:

1️⃣ Warm lemon water first thing in the morning
2️⃣ 50–100 bounces/jumps to get lymphatic drainage & energy flowing
3️⃣ 20 minutes of PEMF
4️⃣ Cold-pressed juices to fuel my body with nutrients
5️⃣ Taking a few quiet minutes to tune in and set my intention for the day

Small daily habits can make a big difference in how your body functions and heals.

What’s one thing you do in the morning to support your health?

⚡ MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY ⚡

The body is always communicating.
The question is — are we listening?

Every day in practice is a reminder that healing isn’t random. The body organizes itself around what matters most in that moment. Our role is to pause, check in, and let the body guide the direction.

When we stop forcing answers and start asking better questions, the body shows us the way.

This week, stay curious.
Stay present.
And trust what the body reveals.

POV: you finally relax after your adjustment… and your nervous system is like 😌

When a panic pattern gets corrected, the body can shift from fight-or-flight to rest-and-restore pretty quickly. Sometimes the result is exactly this level of “table nap.” 💤

Your body knows what to do when the interference is cleared.

KST Testimonial Thursday🥳

A law student came in with a chronic eye twitch that just wouldn’t go away.

During the analysis, the OD led us to emotions.

After her adjustment, she came back one week later excited to report something amazing… the eye twitch was completely gone.

No twitching. No flare-ups. Just relief.

She’s now telling everyone who will listen about her experience.

Sometimes the body is holding onto more than we realize. When you get specific, the body can finally let go.

✨ WELLNESS WEDNESDAY ✨

Let’s talk about your tongue.

Here’s a simple stretch to release jaw and facial tension:

👅 Step 1: Place your tongue flat against the roof of your mouth (just behind your front teeth).

😮 Step 2: Keeping your tongue there, slowly open your jaw as wide as is comfortable.

🌬 Step 3: Take 3–5 slow, deep breaths through your nose.
🧘‍♀️ Slowly close and relax.

What this does:

When your tongue presses gently to the roof of your mouth, it activates deep muscles that connect to your jaw, throat, and even your neck.
Opening the jaw while keeping the tongue engaged creates a stretch through the floor of the mouth and the TMJ (jaw joint).

Adding slow breathing helps:
✔️ Relax clenching patterns
✔️ Decrease jaw tension
✔️ Improve awareness of tongue posture
✔️ Calm the nervous system

Many of us carry stress in the tongue without realizing it.
Try this once or twice today and notice how your face feels afterward.

Small reset. Big impact. 💛

🎥 TIP TUESDAY 🎥

“It comes up for me… ‘Oh, I need to ask about this.’”

In Koren Specific Technique, we don’t guess — we ask the body.

Using the OD, we determine:
👉 Is there a priority?
👉 Is it physical?
👉 Is it chemical?
👉 Is it emotional?

From there, we follow the body through the Priorities Chart — above the waist, below the waist, anterior, posterior, extremities — identifying what is MOST important to that individual at that moment.

KST is about getting specific with what the body is actually asking for.

This is a clip from a KST webinar — and all 24 (and counting!) are available on ksttv.com.
