Zumba is a dance-based fitness class that combines music with simple choreography.

Explore movement, expression, and creativity in this dynamic Modern Dance class. Students will learn fundamental concepts such as contraction and release, fall and recovery, improvisation, and spatial awareness.

Perfect for dancers of all levels who want to move freely, build strength, and connect mind and body through expressive choreography. Ages 14+

Offered in 4-week increments on Thursdays at 7pm. $75 a session.

Yoga for Beginners (neurodiverse class), these classes are thoughtfully structured for individuals with physical, cognitive, or sensory differences. We feel this is a great way for people to improve their mental and physical health while making connections with their peers.

We also offer a caregivers lounge, giving those who accompany our clients a place to relax and exchange in conversation with other caregivers.
