Good morning! The name saga continues and I joke that I would get a tattoo if I could figure out what I would permanently want tattooed on my body, but this name change saga illustrates why me and a tattoo will never happen. I really like the idea of a cottage and what a cottage represents. To me it feels safe, like a refuge. I also have studied lots of trees and their meanings but as far as a Tree name, I don’t want to be called Acacia or Myrtle or palm or olive branch and I like what they represent, but not their names for the cottage. I also, don’t want to have to explain my name to people who don’t already know the significance of something. I don’t wanna be what everybody else is either and a lot of these names are things that people have already come up with so I’m trying to be creative. This morning, I found myself thinking about how everybody lives in this broken, fallen world and we all have scars as a result of that and that led me to the name Beautiful Scars. At first I thought Beautiful Scars Cottage and then I thought The Cottage of Beautiful Scars and calling it The Cottage basically. Thanks for reading my ramblings and what are your thoughts? Also, my logo could still be a tree with healed scars for you creative people out there.

I will be moving my practice to beautiful Freedom Ranch in June. My office will sit on a hill overlooking Freedom Lake. I am also going to change my practice name which is a more difficult task than anticipated. I would love input on the name.
I love trees and what they represent so I would love to have one incorporated in my new logo. Some names I am considering are listed but I am also open to suggestions.
