Last month we had our “Show n Tell” at pregnancy class. This is where our graduates come and share their birth story with our current pregnant moms. It’s such a special time of recognizing the power that each woman has when bringing their baby into the world.

Halloween should be all treats, no trauma 👻

Forrest Health Trauma Services wants everyone to have a spooky but safe night out! Here are a few quick tips:
🕯️ Be seen — add reflective tape or carry glow sticks.
🚸 Cross carefully — use crosswalks and look both ways.
🎭 Mask check — make sure costumes don’t block vision.
🚗 Drivers, slow down — kids move fast (not like zombies).
🍫 Inspect treats — save the snacks for home and check them first.

Let’s make this Halloween full of fun memories, not emergencies.
