When my best friend and baby of almost 13 years suffered 2 strokes within 4 months time and was left with zero quality of life and was suffering I was then faced with the heartbreaking decision to end her pain peacefully by having her put to sleep. The entire process was unfortunately not peacefully for my baby. When I reached out to Pethaven memorial & crematory I was understandably upset( nothing they did)
I explained what was going on. I was treated with kindness and compassion. This wonderful woman addressed my problem and resolved it right then! The staff there got my baby, took care of her and had her back to me in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend them in your time of sorrow and I'm extremely grateful to them.
