Andy stopped by our San Antonio because his wife told him to finally do it, she has been a long time customer of ours. Andy has knee and back pain along with many other medical issues, we sat down and went through the consultation and he was fitted with more firmer orthotics and tried them on. Andy's knee pain was gone and his back pain went down considerably. Andy told us he should of listened to his wife years ago, Andy was very pleased. Thanks for making the trip out Andy, glad we could help!

Barbara brought her son Jeff into our San Antonio location because because the orthotic didn't feel right anymore. We sat down and talked and it turns out that he was wearing a starter support and his feet grew 2 sizes. We then upgraded the old support and fit him with the correct size. Jasmine called our San Antonio location looking for some help with her neck and upper back pain, so we set an appointment and she came by. Jasmine was a little skeptical at first, she did not understand how orthotics on the feet can have affect the neck . We went through the fitting and did a little more explaining of why and how the supports work, she now understands that when you align the feet properly it aligns the rest of the body. Jasmine was very shocked at how much better her neck and upper back felt, and also how it improved her posture, she stated that this is amazing. Thank you Jasmine, we are glad we could help!

Russ stopped by our San Antonio office because of back pain from working his warehouse job. We sat down and went through the consultation, and after the foot print Russ told us he knows he has high arches. After the balance test we fit him with a couple of orthotics, 1 being the Trainer to strengthen the arches and align the body, and 2 being a different Maintainer to support and aid in the training process he will need to do. Russ tried on the supports and did quite a bit of walking around around the office, and he stated that the pain was starting to go away. Russ was very delighted, and said that he can't wait to have a good day at work for a change. We are glad we could help you Russ, Thank you!

Liam came into our San Antonio office due to having hip pain, he plays golf almost every day, and was looking for some help. We stated absolutely, so we went through the fitting and fit him with our harder sport supports to aid with his imbalance and pressure. Liam stated that the pain went down quite a bit and felt more balanced, he was very pleased with what we provided for him. Thank you Liam, glad we could help!

Robert came into our San Antonio location for his appointment this morning. Robert was missing all of his toes on his left foot and arch pain on the right. We fit the orthotics for Robert based on his current situation. He then tried the supports on and walked around the office, Robert stated that the arch pain disappeared and was excited to start wearing them. Thank you Robert, we are glad to help!

Jada came in to see us at our San Antonio location from New Braunfels because of hip pain and Sciatica in the legs. Jada was at a pain level of 5 in her hips when she walked through the front door. We proceeded with the consultation and had her try the orthotics on, she walked around and stated that her hip pain is completely gone, Jada was very happy with the results. Donna stopped by our San Antonio location to discuss options for her hip pain and plantar fasciitis. We sat down and discussed some alternatives instead of getting surgery for the fasciitis. Donna went through the fitting and tried the supports on, and noticed that the pain in her heels started to go away as well as her hip. Donna at that point was fired up about the wearing the orthotics and did not even want to take them off. Donna, we are so excited to see you change from a frown to a big smile, thank you for enthusiasm, glad we could help!

Mia came into our San Antonio location due to having a lot of excessive pressure on her feet because she wears heels 5 1/2 days a week from working. Mia sat down and we went through the consultation. After taking a foot print we noticed more pressure on the metatarsal part of the foot as well as the heel, (not as much on the heel). We then fit her with an orthotic that would support all the arches especially front of the foot and is made for high heels. We showed Mia how to attach the support to the heels and she proceeded to walked around the office to test them out. Mia noticed the the pressure was lifted instantly, she was really amazed at the results, and was very pleased. Thank you Mia, we are glad you will be feeling better at work!

Jesse came into our San Antonio location with numbness ad tingling in his feet, due to diabetes that he has had for years. We welcomed him in and started the questionnaire before proceeding with anything else, turns out Jesse was extremely more sensitive in his feet, than most. We decide to fit him with some orthotics that were more giving to people with high sensitivity issues. Jesse tried on the supports and walked around for a little while noticing that the tingling went away and numbness started to have more feeling. Jesse stated that his feet had not felt that comfortable in years, he was very excited and really motivated to wear them from now on. Thank you Jesse, for allowing us to help you feel better!

Lily 63 yrs. old came into our San Antonio location with heel and ankle discomfort looking for a solution. We said absolutely and proceeded to go through the consultation. Lily was very specific on what she was looking for, she refuses to wear shoes (sandals only) and she also wanted a support that you cannot see. Had just the thing for her, they were our clear see through maintainer orthotics that can go into sandals. We showed her how to position and Velcro the orthotics to the sandals, as well as explaining how she can switch the support from sandal to sandal while maintaining support. Lily tried them on and felt the discomfort go away along with not being able to see them, she was very pleased. Thank you Lily, we are glad we could accommodate your specific needs!
