The Yoga Room is a beautiful, sacred space located in the heart of Hattiesburg! We offer a variety of health and wellness services....beginner yoga courses, yin and restorative yoga, all level yoga classes, meditation, private yoga therapy, Aikido, and structural integration therapy.
