Where do you send your energy? Over the past several days, as the “must-do” list waited, I built Lego flowers and plants. My emotions wanted to dwell in my head, so I built with my hands. And the important things STILL got done. Nature, yoga, chakra, life…. It’s all about one thing:
💚BALANCE💚

Tonight, at 5:45 pm, we wrap up our Chakra Restore class, focusing on the three spiritual chakras: Throat, Third Eye, Crown.

Come for meditation and community, and leave more centered and grounded.
