Our "CAN"paign Kickoff is happening on Thursday, September 18th, and we need your help to fight hunger in our community💙

From now until September 18th, start collecting canned goods and non-perishable items at your workplace, small group, school, or organization — then drop them off on kickoff day!

All donations collected will benefit Edwards Street Fellowship, Christian Services, Inc., and Hope Community Collective.

👋🏼 Hi, folks - quick announcement:

To help better protect my physical health, mental health, and business health, I will no longer be taking massage appointments on Thursdays and Saturdays.

After looking over a year’s worth of bookings, these two days have notoriously been my slowest. I am at a point where I need dedicated time to pour into myself and the background parts of Modality.

It’s time for me to practice what I share with all of you - take care of YOURSELF first.

A better me means great treatments for you! 💚
