A big thank you to Senior Helpers of Hattiesburg and Gulfport for hosting a wonderful Painting with a Twist event with wine glasses! Our residents had such a great time letting their creativity shine and bringing their designs to life. The laughter, conversation, and colorful masterpieces made this an engaging and fun experience for all. 💕

✨ SPARK Spotlight ✨
Before moving into our community, our wonderful resident Judi dedicated her life to caring for others as a nurse.Through our Montessori-Inspired SPARK programming,Judi had the opportunity to share her skills once again alongside our caregiver Jennifer.Together, they led an activity where Judi demonstrated how to properly use a stethoscope. This hands-on experience not only engaged everyone but also sparked beautiful memories of Judi’s nursing days. We love creating moments like these that honor our residents’ pasts while encouraging them to shine in the present.

For National Senior Citizens Day, we proudly hosted our Senior Shout-Outs Awards Ceremony, honoring the incredible residents who make our community so special. Each award highlighted the unique talents, kindness, and joy our residents bring every single day. From the Golden Helping Hand Award to the Style & Grace Best Dressed Award, every moment was filled with laughter, applause, and a lot of love.
We are so proud of our winners, and we’re grateful for the chance to celebrate their amazing spirits. Thank you to everyone who joined us in making this ceremony truly unforgettable!

Today we had a great time playing Prize Bingo with our friend Jemeka from Compassus! Our residents loved the fun prizes and had a blast calling out “Bingo!” Thank you, Jemeka, for bringing the joy and excitement this morning.

Our Garden Committee took a little trip to one of our favorite spots, Vesely's Nursery! We had the best time shopping around and picking out new goodies for our garden. Every time we go, we’re welcomed with such kindness and hospitality. Vesley’s, you’re simply the best!

Our Montessori-Inspired Spark Programming focuses on providing activities that are both engaging and enjoyable, and this craft did just that!
