Monroe Hall’s very first Pub Crawl was an absolute success!! 🍀🎉

Residents had an amazing time մասնակցing in a fun-filled poker run and scavenger hunt, making their way to each “pub” along the way. Each stop was full of creativity, offering nonalcoholic beverages, tattoos, beads, stickers, stamps, and so many smiles!

A huge THANK YOU to our department heads and all of our incredible staff for your hard work, imagination, and dedication to making this event so special. You truly made it a day to remember! 💚

🏀❤️ Honoring a Special Resident ❤️🏀

For the past 6 years, we were blessed to have a very special resident who brought joy to everyone around him. One of his favorite things to do was go outside and shoot basketball at the goal that was set up just for him.

Every morning, his routine was the same — he would ask as many people as possible to take him outside so he could shoot “just one time.” Of course, we all knew it was never just one! Afterward, he loved coming inside to watch the Harlem Globetrotters, another one of his favorite things.

To honor his memory, our administrator, Danial, had a plaque made and placed on the basketball goal that meant so much to him. Coincidentally, it was installed on what would have been his birthday — making the moment even more meaningful.

This goal will forever remind us of the joy he found in the simple things and the smiles he shared with everyone here.

We will all greatly miss him, but his spirit will always remain part of our family. 🏀💙

🎭💜💚 Mardi Gras magic filled the halls today! 💛🎭

The Krewe of Monroe rolled through throwing beads, cups, stuffed animals, tattoos, and bracelets to our residents—and smiles were everywhere!

We had a blast decorating wheelchairs, walkers, carts, and of course our ice cream truck as we geared up for an afternoon full of fun. 🚚🎉

And naturally, we fueled up with plenty of king cake to keep the celebration going! 👑🍰

What a joyful, festive day full of laughter, color, and Mardi Gras spirit! 💜💚💛
