Earlier this year, our CEO Jonathan Jones had the honor of delivering the keynote address alongside Abb Payne at the Ole Miss Family Business Symposium. The theme of the symposium was "It's All Relative," exploring the important topics of generational succession and ownership transfer. Together, they led an engaging Q&A about the triumphs and hardships of running a successful family business while being an instrumental leader in business, at home, and in the community.

Jonathan shared a powerful moment from his journey. "That pivotal moment brought me profound clarity about my life's purpose at age 38. And then, when I was pushed through that second dark season, I realized I needed to return to what I'm truly called to do: help people, create jobs, and give back to my community."
