📢 Mississippi’s strength is rooted in its communities.
From helping families access fresh food and health care to filling gaps left by strained systems, Mississippi’s community organizations are showing up where help is needed most, especially for our most vulnerable neighbors. 🙌❤️

This powerful piece from Mississippi Free Press highlights how local groups like My Brother’s Keeper Inc. and others are meeting people where they are, building trust, and providing essential resources every day, because sometimes local solutions are the only solutions that truly work. 💪🏽🌱

Dr. June Gipson writes about how community organizations help address the needs of Mississippians and why these organizations are important.
