Remember, everyone is different, and your results will be different.
I didn’t start Renew and Refresh looking for abs or weight loss.
I started it because I know how important gut health is to my overall health, and I’ve struggled with chronic constipation and bloating for the last 15 years. I have tried all the dietary changes I can think of and still have to rely on an OTC product daily. Sorry, not sorry…TMI.
I am not perfect with my diet and have been SLACKING majorly in the gym… like maybe only going two times a week the last 3–4 weeks. Embarrassing. I used to maybe miss one day a week. Life got crazy and priorities shifted. I will do better. I tell you this so you know these results were not because I had been going hard in the gym or tightened up my diet. In fact, I chose a very forgiving dress because I wasn’t where I wanted to be before conference. Before I put on this dress, I ate Panda Express. 🤢
We got our new products that morning (Wednesday). I wasn’t going to start them until I got home, but I couldn’t wait to try them. So I took one Renew and one Refresh capsule with my poorly chosen dinner. I knew I might have some digestion issues starting something new, but that’s nothing new for me, so I did it anyway.
I took this “before” on Feb 8th, thinking I was going to do a Reset before conference and slim down a bit. I also didn’t follow through on that, but I’m glad I snapped the before. I’ll post a time-stamped photo in the comments below. This is my usual bloated gut. It may not look that bloated, but it felt bloated most days. My weight has only fluctuated about five pounds or less over the last year, the usual up-and-down game.
I took this “after” on Thursday (the next day) while getting ready in the hotel. I was like 😳 and immediately sent it to a few of my Bravenly friends. Like… what the…?!
Today, we were chatting, and a few of us noticed that the food noise and cravings for junk food we usually get when traveling are gone. 🤯 I actually had to push my plate away unfinished, even my salmon and prime rib. Such a waste. I told Casey at breakfast this morning we probably should’ve shared an omelet.
So, three days in, my mind is already blown. I also realize the gut takes time to heal. I didn’t wreck my gut in three days, and I don’t expect full results for 2–4 months realistically. We are all different with different genetics, exposures, and health histories. Results absolutely will be different for everyone. Like always, I’ll keep it honest and real and make no overnight promises.
With that being said, I truly think everyone could benefit from better gut health. Our bodies rely on a healthy gut to function optimally. Renew and Refresh are just ONE tool. Remember, you also want to focus on sleep, activity, staying hydrated, limiting processed foods, and eating plenty of fiber-rich foods.
