Condolences to the family of Mark Killingsworth.

Mark Edwin Killingsworth, 74, of Hattiesburg, passed away on December 4, 2025. He was born on June 26, 1951, in Jackson, MS. Mark previously worked at Dillard’s Inc. for 42 years before retirement. He enjoyed traveling, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Mark is preceded in death by his parents, Foy and Laura Killingsworth. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Rheba Killingsworth; four children: Kristal Lane,(her mother, Vicki Killingsworth), Lindsey Vega (Mike), Meredith Killingsworth (Ruben Marin), and Jaden Killingsworth; eight grandchildren: Erica, Jordan, Chloe, Aubrey, Vera, Hanna, Kayla, and Jake; two great granddaughters, Vanessa and Ellie; two siblings, Randy Killingsworth (Donna) and Karen Johnson (Jimmy); along with a host of nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to AFTD, (The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration https://www.theaftd.org/) or Southern Pines Animal Shelter in honor of Mark.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 11, 2025, 1:00pm at Heritage Church with the service to follow at 2:00pm.
