During this time of quarantine, your dental needs are still important. We’re still open!
• If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, give us a call prior to your appointment.
• While we rarely have a long wait, we are working to limit wait time in the waiting room. If you’re planning to come early to your appointment, call prior to coming in to ensure we can swiftly move you from the waiting room to your designated room.
• We’re here to make sure your dental pain doesn’t lead you to the emergency room. If you are experiencing a dental emergency, please call. We can all help keep the hospital load down.
• If you have an appointment and no childcare, please feel free to bring your children. However, we do not have the capacity to provide childcare, and your children must be able to sit, occupy themselves, and limit their touching. We love kids, and at this time it’s important for us all to limit exposure, and office exploration cannot be allowed at this time.

Here is more than you EVER wanted to know about spit.

Long story short, there are two types: Serous and Mucous. We aim to have the Mucous type because it helps prevent tooth decay! If you're experiencing watery saliva, not enough saliva (medicines can cause this), or wear a CPAP, fluoride trays wearable at nighttime may be your trick to help you prevent decay - no cavities is ALWAYS a plus!

Find information on the salivary glands, saliva, mucus and their functions in relation to the process of digestion.
