Tune in to one of two Virtual Learning Sessions on Tuesday, April 21st to learn about Home Enabling Supports (HES)!

These sessions will cover:
• How HES uses technology—such as smart home devices, adaptive switches, and communication tools—to support safety and independence at home.
• What types of remote supports are available, including health assessments and coordination from trained clinicians.
• Who is eligible for HES, including the OPWDD and HCBS Waiver requirements and the need to live in a non‑certified residence.
• How HES can reduce the need for in‑person staff, while still ensuring people receive the help they need through technology‑based supports.

💙 Happy World Autism Awareness Day!

Today we honor the 2026 theme, “Celebrate Differences,” which reflects a powerful shift from simple awareness to true acceptance and inclusion.

Let’s continue to:
✨ Value the many ways people with autism enrich our communities
✨Recognize that no two people with autism are the same
✨ Support neurodiversity‑affirming practices in schools, workplaces, healthcare, and everyday life
✨ Create spaces where people with autism can express themselves authentically

Celebrating differences isn’t just a theme—it’s a commitment to building a world where everyone belongs.
