SPEAKER SPOTLIGHT: Each week, The Infinite Exchange spotlights two members. It is an opportunity to present your business to the entire chapter and to educate fellow members on the services, impact, and value it has for their respective companies.
This coming week, artist Susan Buroker, Owner of Susan Buroker Studios, will share her story.

At my core, I’m a community-minded artist—someone who believes deeply in the power of creativity to connect people, enrich neighborhoods, and create spaces that feel alive. Over the years, I’ve seen a real need for accessible, meaningful art experiences in our community, and that vision is what shaped the creation of Susan Buroker Studio.
My studio has three interconnected parts that reflect the different ways I engage with art. The first is my personal workspace—where I create my drawings, paintings, and the maquettes for my sculptures. It’s the heart of my own creative practice.
The second is a curated exhibition space. Alongside my own work, I’m proud to represent eight talented artists, giving them a platform to share their voices and strengthen the cultural life of our area.
And the third is a teaching studio, where I offer classes in creative drawing, painting, and pottery for both adults and children. This is where I get to see creativity spark in real time, and it’s one of my favorite parts of what I do.
With a Master of Fine Arts in Interdisciplinary Arts and many years as an exhibiting artist, educator, and creative professional, I bring a wide range of experience to what I do—drawing and painting, graphic art, illustration, and creative direction—grounded in solid business professionalism. I approach every project with integrity and genuine enthusiasm. Whether the work is for a home, an office, or a student just beginning their creative journey, I give it the same care and attention I give my own art.

Belonging to BNI is like having dozens of sales people working for you... ...because all of them carry several copies of your business cards around with them. When they meet someone who could use your products or services, they take out your card and recommend you.* It's as simple as that! It's simple because it's based on a proven concept by BNI Founder, Dr. Ivan Misner, called "Givers Gain®." If I give you business you'll give me business and we'll both benefit as a result. Last year alone, members of BNI passed 6.5 million referrals... ...which generated over $2.8 billion dollars (U.S.) worth of business for its members!
