Over the last -almost- two years of my own topical steroid withdrawal (TSW) journey, I was able to offer rounds of free reiki sessions to fellow TSW warriors through the Facebook support group.

With that said, I have more energy at this time and am offering 100% donation-based reiki sessions for the eczema/tsw community to continue supporting how I can with holistic healing and relaxation!

I understand the financial hardship that you may experience when navigating eczema and TSW just to find relief. You shouldn’t be burdened by costs to have access to healing that you deserve! Whatever you can donate at this time is beautiful and okay. Donations can be made with Venmo to .

These reiki sessions will be 30 minutes and entirely remote/virtual. Upon request of a session via DM, I will send you thorough instructions of what to expect from a session and to answer any questions you may have.

I hope to reach as many eczema/TSW warriors as possible. If you have family or friends who are experiencing either or both conditions, please share this post and spread the word! ❤️‍🩹

My heart is so full. 💖

Thank you to those who joined my first class/workshop, Introduction to Ayurveda! While it’s an ancient practice, the awareness of Ayurveda in our modern day continues to grow and I’m incredibly humbled to serve as an educator and practitioner of this beautiful system. ❤️ Thank you for opening your hearts and minds to receiving, and may whatever you took away from the class be a catalyst in your own healing journey. 🙏🏼

I know not everyone who was interested was able to attend in person, but don’t worry, I plan to create future workshops that will go even DEEPER into the concepts covered and yet to be. In the meantime, you should have received a copy of the slides from this class! If you haven’t, or would like a copy, please reach out. ☺️ I will also be working on a recording of this class to send out (hopefully this weekend).

I’m back!

Happy Spring, the true mark of the new year 🌸💫. The long break from media presence was due to not only moving states, but moving to the island of Oahu! Between getting settled after the move and allowing my body to rest and recoup from experiencing a TSW (topical steroid withdrawal) flare, I am back and so excited to bring these healing services to the island.

Primarily serving the North Shore community, I welcome clients from all over the island and will have a set up for in-person sessions in Aiea as well. If in-person sessions aren’t your preference, I am more than happy to offer all services remotely too.

A closer look at Agni, our metabolic fire. 🔥🔥

There are 4 types of Agni:
1) Irregular (Vata)
2) Hyper metabolism (Pitta)
3) Hypo metabolism (Kapha)
4) Balanced

Each type comes with its own signs and symptoms.
💭 Can you identify which you are currently experiencing?

🔎 When we examine the GI tract, the qualities of our bowel 🌿movements are associated 🌿🌿with the dosha types and our Agni! This will help us determine what diet and lifestyle choices need changing in order to reach sama agni, or balanced metabolism.

🧠 If you didn’t know, we also have mental agni! This is JUST as important as our stomach agni so that we may prevent disease in the mind. 🪷
