We’ll have duo Jamie and Jodie on the stage with some great tunes. Cars of all types will line the streets of downtown. You never know what cool cars you will see!

Havana WoodFest 2021
Saturday September 11th
10a-4p

This cool event, new for 2021, will feature all things wood! We'll have woodworkers of all types - carvers, furniture makers, pyrogragraphy, hand-crafted items, art/crafts with wood components.

The fun starts at 10:00a and features wood carver John Birch. You may have seen his Tree House carving in front of the Leroy Collins Library. He'll be carving a Heron during the day starting from a slab of wood which will be for sale in a silent auction.

We'll also have many educational displays the young and old will enjoy. Even some large equipment displays!

There will be food vendors and lots of options to quench your thirst!

Come join us at The Havana Springs Resort for an evening of celebration while we express our gratitude for our wonderful volunteers.

The evening features a dinner of smoked pork chops with all the fix-ins prepared by our own Katie Gainey while we tap our toes to the fun and funky tunes of Common Taters.

Kick back, enjoy a drink and catch up with friends and neighbors.

Don't forget to download your application for our Fire Hydrant Painting Contest!

Design something whimsical, humorous, patriotic, abstract or something from the natural world! You can use stencils, air brush with tape or freehand to paint the hydrant.

Paint will be provided, and all winning designs must be approved by the Havana Town Council.

Registration is open until June 24th!
