So I make an appointment over at Fixxed Studios because (1) it's convenient and (2) I trust them.
Gab and I talk for a bit about my janky wrists/hands since they get beat up A LOT. They get sore. They get tired. And because of my job, they never really get a break.

Gab says "I'd really like to do some dry needling". And while, externally, I'm like "SURE!" and totally calm; on the inside I'm more like 🤢

But honestly, it was NO big deal, and I was SUPER impressed! Even if you have a bit of a fear of needles, it's definitely do-able.

I was actually so pleased with my experience, I think it's worthwhile for my own patients to experience this, so here's what I'm planning.

How do you all feel about having Fixxed come down to the office for a few hours so YOU can try out dry needling on one of YOUR chronic issues?

One of the benefits of having online scheduling is that, when I'm unsure about closing during bad weather, I can just see what patients are doing.
After having a few of my Monday afternoon people reschedule, I've decided it will be easier to just be closed for the day tomorrow.
Stay warm. Stay safe. Clean up. Rest.
I'll be here if you need me afterwards.

Hi Everyone!
As of right now, I've rescheduled all of the Monday morning appointments because of the anticipated weather.
Currently I will still be in the office Monday afternoon, but will keep everyone updated if there is any change.

As I close up the office for the holiday (and the end of this crazy year) I just want to say "Thank you" to all of my patients, friends, and family for being there for me and my small, family business.
It is truly a blessing to be able to do what I do within such a wonderful community.

So, like 20 minutes ago the snow was blowing, the roads were horrible, and I decided that it wouldn't be smart or safe to be open this afternoon.
Now .... doesn't look quite as bad. But to be safe, we'll stay closed for the rest of the day.
So please, stay home. And if you happen to notice an appointment available on my schedule tonight.... DON'T BOOK IT!

The NJHS at asked if we could run a food drive to help fill up their food pantry. We only had about 2 weeks and boy do you guys really come through!
Thanks to everyone that came in and contributed to put together all these donations in such a short time!
